Privacy Policy

Who we are
sterlingforce.org and demo.sterlingforce.org are operated by Sterling National Financial Group ("Sterling", "we"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit these sites, book a demo or use the demo playground.
What we collect
- Demo bookings: your name, business email address, phone number, company and the time you choose.
- Playground use: anything you enter into the demo environment, and basic activity logs such as sign-in times and IP address.
- Site visits: standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, and Google Analytics usage data (see below).
How we use it
We use booking details only to schedule and hold your demo and to follow up about SterlingForce. We use logs to keep the sites secure and working. We do not sell your personal information.
Bot protection, analytics and cookies
To keep automated traffic out, the sites use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you pass the check, we set one functional cookie, sf_pass, that remembers the result for 12 hours. Cloudflare processes information about your browser to run the check under its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use sterlingforce.org, such as which pages are viewed. It sets analytics cookies and sends usage data, including your IP address, to Google. Fonts on the site are also loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
The demo environment
The playground holds sample data. Identifying details are masked. Please don't enter real client or personal information into it, since other visitors can see what's there.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as needed to follow up with you, and remove them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've given us by emailing help@sterlingnfg.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
